Task: Describe, with the aid of sketches, the shaping of metals by filing.

Morning
We need to tidy up the ends of your box so make sure you weld in the ends straight
If you mess it up look at drilling out the end spot welds
Look on the net and find a method and the specific tool for doing this .  Look at risks of this tool and add into your folderwork.

Project monitoring and catch-up

Students should review progress to date , I am running a set of Project catch up dates from October 2012 and those students not up to speed will be spending time after school or lunch time to catch up the Project
Up to you but I will review progress in detail by 25th Sept and invite students from then on in.
You should have completed all the intro pages and have done all the research pages by this date .

Use the test papers I have given you and do some work on them at home. We will be looking at the first section of the work at the next lesson and going on to examine Charles Rene Macintosh in detail over the comming weeks.
